Like many women, I once struggled with feeling confident in my own skin. I constantly searched for external solutions—buying products or following trends—hoping they would make me feel more sensual and empowered. But what I discovered is that true confidence and body connection comes from within.

It's a deeply spiritual experience that requires intentionality and care for your body, mind, and spirit.

The secret to feeling more sexy and confident?


It starts with developing a simple, holistic routine that nurtures all three aspects of your being (mind, body, and spirit). The good news? A daily self-care routine does not require hours of work—it can be done in just a 5-10 minutes per day to help you feel grounded, confident, and connected to your body.

The power of holistic body-connection practices?


To feel truly sexy and confident, it’s essential to prioritize your body, mind, and spirit. Society and media encourages women to focus only on external appearance, but real sensuality comes from within.

It’s about tuning into your body's wisdom, nourishing it with care, and creating a sense of inner peace and alignment.

This connection is cultivated through daily self-care practices that help you connect to all of your feminine body including the breasts and womb space.

When it comes to self-care exercises, most don’t support women to connect to their feminine anatomy such as the breasts and womb space.

But there are powerful breathwork practices, asanas, and self-compassion exercises for women’s bodies which offer a deeper connection to both physical and emotional self.

I first explored this style of holistic practices during a women’s yoga retreat and it completely transformed my confidence. Suddenly, I was exploring womb meditations, pelvic breathwork, and breast awareness practices. This was completely new for me.

Although I was quite spiritual at the time and attending weekly yoga classes… Nothing I explored had ever referenced my sexuality, menstruation, or feminine energy.

Why repetition and consistency matters when it comes to feeling more sexy and confident?


The first step towards feeling more sexy and confident is establishing safety in the body.

If you don’t feel safe in your own body, it’s impossible to feel confident in your own skin.

When it comes to feeling safe in your body, the nervous system loves repetition. So, doing these holistic practices regularly will help rewire your body’s response to stress, anxiety, and fear.

Over time, you’ll notice a shift in how you feel about yourself—more grounded, more sensual, and more confident.

How to get started feeling more confident and sexy?


The best advice I can give you is to start small and trust the process. Introduce a few of these women-friendly practices into your life for a max of 5-10 minutes per day. Allow yourself to be present, mindful, and to make this new routine a sacred part of each day.
