A Message For You
Hi I’m Joss, a Yoga Therapist C-IAYT with trauma informed training and TTC’s in Womb Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I specifically apply yoga tools (postures, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more) to address your physical, mental, and emotional needs.
You might think of yoga as a physical practice all about stretching or movement. But Yoga Therapy is quite a different offering. I use a combination of therapeutic somatic-based techniques to help you become more mindful of your body, emotions, habits, and thoughts. My style is gentle, trauma-informed, and active-healing. I’m hear to help you feel seen and heard as you navigate your journey to feeling you best.
I specialize in supporting women’s health which encompasses chronic pain, illness, mental health, womb illness, and more.
In addition to private online Yoga Therapy, I also offer a feminine healing course which guides all women through a step-by-step healing process to feeling more confidence, trust, and joy in their bodies.

My Personal Story
Not so long ago I felt I was at my lowest low, feeling depressed (and on a variety of numbing medications), debilitating period cramps, disconnected from my body, unresolved womb trauma, and stuck in toxic relationships.
and those struggles ignited my healing journey
From my own holistic healing journey, I discovered how women can feel more empowered and healthy in their bodies when they commit to aligning with their feminine energy and doing the somatic practices which help them self-regulate.
I had to be my own healer from sexual assault, emotional abuse, and physical abuse after years of failed efforts to find peace and feel empowered. My failed efforts led to a revelation…
True healing comes from within
Through my lengthy personal exploration of somatic techniques, yoga therapy, womb yoga, and tantra practices, I discovered an impactful active-healing approach which allowed me to wake up feelings more joy in my body.
