Embracing feminine energy doesn't have to be complicated.
When I first started to learn about feminine energy, I realized how masculine I’d been living my life. I was so hard on myself, pushing my body, striving to meet deadlines. There was no compassion or kindness, and as a result, I was suffering.
I started my journey with a simple feminine-friendly self-care routine. This included honoring the phases of my menstrual cycle and resting (instead of pushing myself) on the days I knew my body needed it. I began a daily womb meditation to send loving awareness to a sacred part of my body I’d largely ignored. I started to include exercises into my day which focused on my pelvis. These exercises helped me open up a space in my body I was holding lots of tension.
Slowly - and day by day - my self-care became feminine empowered! And I began to embody all the qualities I needed in my life: surrender, allowing, acceptance.

Honor Seasonal Changes: Celebrate the shifts in seasons, acknowledging the natural cycles of life and aligning with their energy to foster a deeper connection to your surroundings.
Track Your Menstrual Cycle: If you menstruate, use journaling to track your menstrual cycle and observe how the different phases of your cycle influence your emotions and energy.
Recognize Feminine Energy Everywhere: Understand that feminine energy exists not only within you but in the world around you. It flows through nature, relationships, and the rhythms of daily life—take time to notice and honor it.
By embracing these practices, you can start to tap into the nurturing, cyclical nature of feminine energy and experience greater ease in the process of letting go and detachment.
Why Letting Go Can Be So Difficult—and How Feminine Energy Can Help?
Struggling to let go of relationships, past experiences, or even limiting emotions often stems from a sense of disconnection. When we feel detached from ourselves or the world around us, letting go becomes an overwhelming challenge.
I used to be in such a state of resistance. Whenever I lost something in my life, my whole world would spiral. I couldn’t accept any form of change. What’s fascinating is that feminine energy is always moving and changing. When you align with feminine energy, you realize that life is a constant state of change, nothing is permanent.
Change used to be scary for me, but it slowly became a safe and comforting truth.
