A lack of confidence can block so many wonderful experiences in your life. If you struggle with feeling confident, this is a must read. No matter who’s reading this, you can 100% feel more confident.

What triggers a lack of confidence?


It’s not about make-up or clothes or having a perfect partner.

Theres a deeper reason why you’re lacking confidence: It’s because you are denying one of your BIGGEST feminine powers.

Your INTUITION.

Your greatest power is your INTUITION! When you doubt or ignore it, it causes authentic confidence to plummet fast.


Denying one’s intuition is one of the biggest mistakes I see people.

When you deny your intuition, you create a ripple effect and deny all your other feminine powers as well. This denial activates non-serving feelings such as self-doubt, fear, and hesitation.

... which leads to a lack of TRUST in yourself.
... which leads to feeling disconnected with your body.

Can you remember a time where your intuition whispered to you and you chose to ignore it? For example: Your intuition whispered to you:

- ‘No don’t do that’

- ‘This relationship is no good, you deserve better’

’- You need to leave this enviroment’

Listening to your intuition all the time can be a lot of work! It’s not the easiest task for those who don’t have a solid mindfulness practice to feel grounded and present with their thoughts, feelings, and sensations.

Intuition is a major power therefore it must be ‘fed’ everyday via mindfulness practices so it has the opportunity to strengthen.

Listening to your intuition means listening to your inner thoughts, feelings, and sensations as part of your daily spiritual practice or ritual.

Where do you start? How can you start listening to your intuition more so you can feel more confident?


Here’s an example of some spiritual practices that will you connect to your intuition:

  • Inner-awareness meditations that prompt you to notice your feelings and emotions

  • Journal exercises to check-in with your energy and mood

  • Affirmations themed around owning your power

  • Yoga Nidra (gentle hypnotherapy) to connect with your inner sensations, feelings, and emotions.

  • Breathing techniques that reduce stress and promote inner-trust

The above spiritual practices are a natural way for you to strengthen your intuition and ignite more confidence.

If you want to feel more confident, start healing your relationship with your intuition via spiritual practices that boost inner awareness.


For women, most modern yoga practices/spiritual practices don’t offer any connection to feminine anatomy such as the womb or breasts. In fact, most modern yoga is based on an ancient practice that was designed for the male body. Therefore, if you’ve tried yoga, you’ve most likely not been provided with any spiritual practices that connect you with your sacred feminine anatomy. It’s important to connect with feminine anatomy during your spiritual practice because these are sacred points of intuitive power.
