What I hear most often from my clients is that they’re confused and frustrated with trying to manage PCOS. Many are prescribed medication by their doctors, but they aren't finding the relief they need.

Almost always, when I work with clients experiencing PCOS, I find that they lack an emotional or spiritual practice to connect with their menstrual cycle and womb.


In yogic philosophy, everything is interconnected—mind, body, and spirit. Therefore, addressing illness requires more than just treating the physical body; emotional and spiritual aspects must also be healed.

With PCOS, emotional and spiritual healing of the uterus is often overlooked, yet it's essential for true healing.

  • Womb Yoga to facilitate a positive relationship with your menstrual and/or womb health. This style of yoga offers a compassionate approach to helping you develop period cycle awareness and/or womb awareness.

  • Understand your inner period rhythms (AKA: seasons) and treat each phase with respect.
