WEEK 9 - SELF-LOVE INQUIRY

Each week, you’ll receive a self-love inquiry challenge to explore! These are to keep you moving forward in your journey.

Continue with last week’s inquiry (Create your boundaries statement + Create your self-love ritual)


…Plus, you might like to start:

Write a letter to your Vagina:

For example: ‘Hey girl, I’m really sorry I used you when you clearly were not open. And I’m sorry I let those toxic people inside you. You don’t deserve that. And I’m so sorry about that trauma you experienced...I want you to know how much I love you.’

Breast & Yoni Massage:

Grab the coconut oil and embrace your breasts with the circle massage (that we practiced in week 8 yoga).

You might like to also explore massaging the vulva with a chosen affirmation such as: ‘I have a unique feminine magic and power’.

Key note from our lesson:
If you want to heal and find freedom with your menstruation:

  • Chart it,

  • Journal it (moon phase, cycle day, etc)

  • Create a ritual for it (collect your blood, charge it at your alter, meditate with it, touch it, smell it, taste it, etc)

  • Track it

...the above will help you grow self-respect and self-love ❤️
